Abstract: We report about a 6 year old girl suffering from epileptic seizures (Absebces). The primary antiepileptic therapy is needed but the parents fear the side effect and are coming for a homoeopathic treatment, before the normal antiepileptic therpy should start. As a result of Silicea XM the absences disappeared clinically, also further hypersyncronic activity - 3 sec. spike waves in the EEG could be observed.
