Abstract: The documentation and analysis of the reatment results are in the field of homoeopathy as important as in the conventional field. Practice-orientated studies taking into consideration the outcomes research approach, e.g. improvement of the general contidition or contentedness of the patients, are more suitable tahn randomized, controlled studies. In the Zentrum für Klassische Homöopathie (ZKH) Stuttgart (center for classic homoeopathy) 157 patients have been questioned and analyzed retrospectively. It turned out, that 65.9% of the patients were symptome-free or showed an improvemnt after the homoeopathic treatment. 70% of the patients also showed an improvement of the general contdition. As a result, the contentedness of the patients was very high, i.e. 75.3%. The classic homoeopathic method of treatment turned out to be a n extremly effective and economical possibility of treatment of chronic diseases.
