Marine therapy combines the climatic effects of wind and sun with sea bathing. The atmosphere free of pollens and allergens justifies its use in allergic disorders whether asthma or eczema. RÉSUMÉ La thalassothérapie pediatrique. - La thalassothérapie pediatrique s'est particulièrement développée en Allemagne dans l'île de Norderney appartenant à l'archipel frison de la côte de la Mer du Nord. La cure marine y associe les effets climatiques du vent et du soleil et les bains de mer. L'atmosphère dépourvu de pollens et d'allergènes permet son indication dans la maladie atopique qu'il s'agisse d'asthme ou d'eczéma.
