Boulange adresse ci-dessus SUMMARY Quality factors and their certification. - Standardization of the activities of departments in the field of health is a current approach on an international scale being developed in several European countries. Qualified certification bodies are currently responsible in France Germany and Italy for the creation of certification symbols concerning various stages quality of resources establishment management and organisation of the reception of clients in thalassotherapy care centers and spa towns. Analysis of these certification processes potentially leading to their accredition by public authorities provides the opportunity to describe the main factors and form the starting point for discussions at a round table bringing together the heads of certification bodies from several countries during the XXIrst International Thalassotherapy Congress (Congrès International de Thalassothérapie). RÉSUMÉ La normalisation des activités de services dans le domaine de la santé est une démarche d'actualité de dimension internationale en développement dans plusieurs pays européens. Des organismes de contrôle qualifiés ont actuellement en charge en France en Allemagne et en Italie la mise en place de marques de certification portant sur les différentes étapes qualité des ressources gestion des établissements organisation de l'accueil des curistes dans les centres de soins de thalassothérapie et dans les stations thermales. Une analyse de ces processus de certification pouvant aboutir à leur accréditation par des organismes publics permet d'en exposer les principaux enjeux et constitue le point de départ des discussions lors d'une table ronde devant réunir des responsables des organismes certificateurs de plusieurs pays durant le XXIe Congrès international de Thalassothérapie.
