ADL-Niveau nach operativ versorgten koxalen Femurfrakturen beim alten Menschen

Abstract: Klinik für Unfall- Hand- und Wiederherstellungschirurgie am Klinikum Erfurt (Direktor: Prof. Dr. med. K. H. Winker) Erfurt Activities of daily living (ADL) level after surgery of fractures of the proximal femur in the elderly: With the increase of elderly people in our population and thus with the increase of injuries of the proximal end of the femur the assessment of the results of treatment becomes more and more important. In 1994 and 1995 169 patients were admitted with fractures of the proximal femur; 53.6 % with hip fractures and 46.4% with pertrochanteric fractures. 69 (76.6 %) of the surviving patients were examined. Followup shows 74 % excellent and good results of everyday activities (ADL) according to the score of Katz. The key to good results seems to be an immediate postoperative mobilisation of the patients. Key words: Coxal femur fractures - load stable treatment - immediately mobilisation - independence Zusammenfassung: Mit der Zunahme des Anteils der älteren Bevölkerung und damit der Zunahme der knöchernen Verletzungen am koxalen Femurende nimmt die Beurteilung des Behandlungsergebnisses eine zentrale Rolle in der Beurteilung einer Therapiemaßnahme ein. In der Klinik für Unfall- Hand- und Wiederherstellungs-chirurgie am Klinikum Erfurt wurden 1994 und 1995 169 Patienten mit einer hüftnahen Femurfraktur (53 6 % Schenkelhalsfrakturen 46 4 % pertrochantäre Oberschenkelfrakturen) operativ versorgt. Durchschnittlich 18 Monate (6-31 Monate) nach der operativen Versorgung konnte eine Nachuntersuchungsquote von 76 6 % der überlebenden Patienten erreicht werden. Bei der Nachuntersuchung zeigten sich 74 % gute und sehr gute Niveaus der ADL (activities of daily living) nach Katz.
