Funktionen des Sozialarbeiters im multiprofessionellen Team der stationären psychosomatischen Rehabilitation

Rüddel) Bad Kreuznach Zusammenfassung: Der gesetzliche Rehabilitationsauftrag und die psychosomatisch-psychotherapeutische Behandlungskonzeption verlangen die Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Berufsgruppen in einem Behandlungsteam. Dieser Ansatz erfordert eine Konzeption der interdisziplinären Kooperation in der der Beitrag der einzelnen Mitglieder des multiprofessionellen Teams zur Behandlung durch Funktionen und Aufgaben festgelegt wird. Die Mitwirkung des Sozialarbeiters ist ein integraler Bestandteil der psychosomatischen Teamarbeit. Der Sozialarbeiter leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zur interdisziplinären Ausgestaltung der psychosomatischen Rehabilitationsbehandlung durch die Wahrnehmung von Funktionen für die Sicherung des stationären Settings für den psychotherapeutischen Behandlungsprozeß und den rehabilitativen Auftrag sowie für die Arbeit im Team. Auf der Grundlage seiner spezifischen Fachkompetenz bringt er eigenständige Wissensbestände besondere Interaktionsformen und eigene Interventionsmethoden der sozialen Arbeit in die psychosomatische Behandlung durch das Team ein. Functions of the Social Worker in an Interdisciplinary Team in In-patient Psychosomatic Rehabilitation: The task of rehabilitation as defined by law and the concept of psychosomatic-psychotherapeutic treatment require cooperation of different professions in a clinical team. This approach implies a concept of interdisciplinary cooperation in which the contributions towards treatment to be made by the individual members of the multiprofessional team are defined by means of functions and tasks. Participation of the social worker is an integral element of psychosomatic teamwork. The social worker makes an important contribution towards the interdisciplinary arrangement of psychosomatic rehabilitation treatment by taking over functions for maintaining the ward setting for the psychotherapy process and the rehabilitation task as well as for the working of the team. On the basis of his specific competence he provides independent knowlege particular ways of interaction and singular methods of intervention of social work for the psychosomatic treatment carried out by the multiprofessional team.
