Regulationsthermographische Erstdiagnostik des Unterbauchs mit klinischer (intraoperativer) Befunderhebung

Abstract: Dr. med. P. Blum Tegernsee Zusammenfassung Wie wichtig die Regulationsthermographie bei unklaren Beschwerden ist wird an vier Fallbeispielen dargestellt. Dabei werden nur unklare Unterbauchbeschwerden beschrieben. Durch das Regulationsthermogramm ist eine schnelle Abklärung möglich. Somit stellen sich intraoperativ die Diagnosen: eine Appendizitis bei Kotstein eine akute Appendizitis eine Salpingitis tuberculosa und ein Aortenaneurysma infrarenalis heraus. Regulationsthermographisch sind auffallende Regulationsstörungen im rechten Unterbauch nachweisbar. Summary At four cases as example it is shown how important the regulation thermography is in case of complaints that are not quite clear. In that only complaints of the lower abdomen are described that are not clear. Fast clarification is possible by means of the regulation thermogram. Thus the diagnoses of appendicitis with excrementitious calculus acute appendicitis salpingitis tuberculosa and aortal aneurysm infrarenalis turn out intraoperatively.
