Neuraltherapie - gestern heute morgen

Abstract: Med.-Rat Dr. sc. med. H. Becke Ludwigsfelde bei Berlin. Aus der Abteilung für Schmerz- und Regulationstherapie des Kreiskrankenhauses Ludwigsfelde bei Berlin Zusammenfassung Neuraltherapie ist keine "Zauberspritze". Unter Neuraltherapie versteht man heute den diagnostisch-therapeutischen Einsatz von Lokalanästhetika um funktionelle reversible Erkrankungen sowie gestörte Regulationen einschließlich Entzündungen behandeln zu können. Die guten Behandlungsergebnisse sind durch komplexe neuroelektrophysiologische molekularbiologische immunologische und humorale (Neurotransmitter und Neuromodulatoren) Reaktionsabläufe erklärbar. Neuraltherapie kann komplementär und bei entsprechender Indikation auch als Therapie der Wahl zum Einsatz kommen. Sie ist dann in zwei Komplexen einsetzbar: erstens symptomatisch im Segment als Ouaddel in Maximalpunkten (Akupunkturpunkte) an und in Gelenkstrukturen an sympathisch-parasympathischen Ganglien um durch Unterbrechung nozizeptiver Afferenzen oder efferenter Reflexe regulierend zu wirken; zweitens kausal am Störherd bzw. einem peripheren Irritationszentrum z. B. einer störaktiven Narbe dem Nasen-Rachen-Raum den Unterleibsorganen der Wirbelsäule und anderem. Neuraltherapie ist effektiv ökonomisch nebenwirkungsarm und vermag therapeutische Lücken zu schließen. Voraussetzung für ihre Anwendung nur durch approbierte Ärzte sind exakte klinische Diagnostik gute anatomische Kenntnisse sowie die Beherrschung der theoretischen und praktischen Methodik. Jede Monomanie ist abzulehnen. Summary Neural therapy is no "magic injection". To-day as neural therapy one understands the diagnostic-therapeutical use of local anaesthetic agents in order to be able to treat functional reversible diseases as well as disturbed regulations inclusive of inflammations. The good results of the treatment can be explained through complex neuroelectro-physiological molecular biological immunological and humoral (neurotransmitters and neuromodulators) courses of reactions. The neural therapy can be used complementally and in case of the respective indication also as the therapy of choice. Then it can be used in two complexes: firstly symptomatically in the segment as intracutaneous injection in maximum points (acupuncture points) at and in articular structures at sympathetic-parasympathetic ganglia in order to exhibit a regulatory effect by means of the interruption of noxaceptive afferences or efferent reflexes; secondly causually at the disturbing focus for any peripheral irritation centre respectively e. g. an actively disturbing scar the nasal-pharyngeal cavity the abdominal organs the vertebral column and others. The neural therapy is effective economic low in side-effects and able to close therapeutical gaps. Prerequisite for its use by certified physicians only are exact clinical diagnoses good anatomic knowledge as well as knowing well the theoretical and practical methods of procedure.
