Abstract: In cases of peripheral arterial and venous circulatory disturbances, an increase or lowering of thrombocyte activity is detectable - the effect being dependent an the phase the condition is in at the time. These changes in activity levels correlate closely with the symptoms and are essential to therapy, assuming the patient medical data are sufficient, especially since recidivous prophylaxis or progredient prophylaxis are possible during the interval. The causes of such increases in thrombocyte activity are dispositional in some cases, but can also be adrenergic, e. g. stress-conditioned. In some instances, the cause is to be sought in nutritional errors and disturbances of lipids metabolism; our paper seeks to clarify these types of causality.Comparisons are made between thrombocyte count, or thrombocyte activity patterns, and HDL cholesterol levels. Revelation of these interrelationships varies in nature with the methods applied. The mutual influences between thrombocyte count and lipids metabolism exist in all Gases of peripheral arterial and venous circulatory disturbances and are changed to the benefit of the patients under UV treatment.
