Abstract: Design, material, methods and results of a study an Apo A and B under UV irradiation of the blood (UVB) as well as results of investigations in fat metabolism are dealt within a first part. In the second part after UVB we see diminuations of systolic blood pressure, decrease of the disease-related hyperaggregability of thrombocytes after addition of suprarenine and a prolongation of activated recalcification times in whole blood as well as a normalization of fibrinogen values. In connection with the least a decrease of plasma viscosity as a thereby partially caused increase of plasma filtrability takes place. Those three parameters correlate not so well. Better correlates a diminuation of whole blood filtrability with values of haematokrit. In a part of the investigations a connection between increases of HDL-C and Apo A after UVB is confirmed.
