Klinische Erprobung eines neuen Einwegsets zur Ultraviolettbestrahlung des Blutes (UVB)

Abstract: The efficacy of a new quartz tube disposable system of the Eumatron Company, Munich, for the treatment of the own blood with ultra-violet radiation (UVB) is demonstrated at 6 patients with 9 treatments over a period of 12 weeks evaluating the casuistry, the clinical, the clinical-chemical and the haematological efficacy. The observed changes can partly be directly after the usual series of treatment and partly only after 3 further treatments of the blood with ultra-violet radiation within 12 weeks be statistically ensured. For the physician the array of the efficacy is the same as with the more frequently used flat cuvette for the UVB.
