Thermographie und Regulationstherapie - Grundlagen Möglichkeiten und Grenzen

Abstract: Prof. Dr. A. Rost Rottach-Egern Zusammenfassung Die Thermographie nutzt die Gesetzmäßigkeiten der Wärme beim Menschen. Meßobjekt ist die Haut. Als Meßstellen werden die viszerokutanen Reflexzonen innerer Organe gewählt. Durch zwei Messungen - eine erste vor und eine zweite nach einem standardisierten Kaltreiz - wird die Thermographie zur Regulationsthermographie. Die Möglichkeiten der Regulationsthermographie sind vielfältig: Sie reichen von der Vorfelduntersuchung bis zur Krebsdiagnostik von der Therapieplanung bis zur Therapiekontrolle und -dokumentation. Die Methode ist zuverlässig reproduzierbar frei von Manipulationsmöglichkeiten und belastet den Patienten nicht. Summary The thermography avails itself of the regulations of heat in the human body. Object of the measurement is the skin; sites of measurement being the viscerocutaneous reflex zones of the internal organs. Through two measurements - one prior to and the second after a standardized cold stimulus - the thermography becomes a regulation thermography. The regulation thermography provides a great variety of possibilities: they reach from the examination of the precursory condition to cancer diagnostics from planning a therapy to the control and documentation of the therapy. The method is reliable reproducible does not offer any possibility for manipulation and does not affect the patient. wt
