Rektaltemperaturänderung nach Kurzwellenapplikation

Abstract: Aus dem Institut für Physiotherapie (Direktor: Prof. Dr. sc. med. R. CALLIES) der Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena Zusammenfassung Kurzwelle (Kondensatorfeldmethode und Spulenfeldmethode) und Ultraschall führten nach Applikation auf den Unterbauch zu einer Rektaltemperaturabnahme. Ein signifikanter Unterschied zu Placebo besteht 12 min nach der Kurzwellen-Applikation im Kondensatorfeld und 6 min nach der Ultraschall-Applikation. Unterschiede zwischen den einzelnen Dosisstufen sind anhand der Rektaltemperatur nicht differenzierbar. Summary Short-wave (condenser-field and coil-field methods) and ultrasound applications to the hypogastric region were followed by a decrease in rectal temperature. The difference from placebo is statistically significant 12 min after short-wave application in the condenser-field and 6 min after ultrasound application. Differences between various doses cannot be recognized from rectal temperature. hl
