Abstract: Aus der Neuropsychiatrischen Klinik (Leiter: Doz. Mr. sc. med. M. SUBAKOV) der Medizinischen Fakultät Tuzla Jugoslawien Zusammenfassung Zur Lösung des Rehabilitationsproblems bei den Patienten die den zerebrosvaskulären Insult (ZVI) überlebt haben wird die Dringlichkeit eines Expertenteams und einer speziellen Ausstattung mit dem Ziel die Rehabilitation dieser Patienten wirksamer durchzuführen betont. Diese Forderungen erfüllt in beträchtlichem Umfang eine speziell gegründete "Einheit für Rehabilitation" (ER). Die Komplexität eines derartigen Teams und die Organisation seiner Arbeit nach dem Prinzip der Therapiegemeinschaft wird besprochen. Summary For the solution of the rehabilitation Problem in those patients who survived the cerebrovascular insultus (CVI) the urgency of a team of experts and of a special equipment is emphasized with the aim more effectively to perform the rehabilitation of these patients. A specially founded "unit for rehabilitation" meets these requirements to a considerable extent. The complexity of such a team and the Organisation of its work according to the principle of the therapeutic community is discussed. ___MH
