Infektanfällige Kinder in der ambulanten physiotherapeutischen Betreuung (Methodik)

Abstract: Aus dem Institut für Physiotherapie "Dr. Anneliese Hamann" (Chefarzt: MR Dr. med. J. SACHSE)der ambulanten medizinischen Betreuung Berlin-Friedrichshain Zusammenfassung Kinder mit häufigen Infekten der Atemwege bedürfen besonderer Fürsorge. Zur komplexen Behandlung der "Infektanfälligkeit" werden auch für das Kindesalter in zunehmendem Maße die physiologischen Verfahren der Physiotherapie empfohlen. Als Beitrag zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit stellt der vorliegende Bericht Organisation Inhalt und allgemeine Grundsätze der Betreuung von infektanfälligen Kindern in einer ambulanten Physiotherapieeinrichtung vor. Elternanleitung für die Durchführung häuslicher Hydrotherapie und Sauna sind wesentlicher Betreuungsinhalt. Als Ergebnis 10jähriger Erfahrung an 1750 Kindern werden Hinweise für die Praxis derartiger Betreuungsformen gegeben. Summary Children with frequent Infections of the respiratory tract need particular care. For the complex treatment of the "susceptibility to infection" the physiological techniques of the physiotherapy are increasingly recommended also for childhood. As a contribution to the interdisciplinary cooperation the present report describes Organisation contents and general principles of the care of children susceptible to infection in an outpatient Institution for physiotherapy. Instruction of the parents for the performance of hydrotherapy at home and Sauna are the essence of the care. As a result of a 10-year ecperience an 1 750 children references to the practice of such forms of care are given. ___MH
