Abstract: In medicine "optimum result" means the highest aim of the therapeutical way.For a small group of patients of which, however, are still many available there is reported an Optimum results obtained by treatment with fresh cell therapy.Even anticipated surgical operations could be avoided since the Optimum final result could be attained by means of fresh cells only.An experienced cell therapeutist should be consulted in all decisions in which the question of the most promising therapeutical way has to be solved. The result would probably be that the fresh cell therapy will be used as method of choice.
