Veränderungen der Kapillardurchblutung des Wadenmuskels nach .Applikation des Ultraschalls und ausgewählter Wärmetherapieprozeduren

Abstract: Aus der Physiatrisch-geriatrischen Klinik der Komenský Universität Bratislava CSSR (Vorstand: Prof. MUDr. J. KOLESÁR DrSc.) Zusammenfassung Die Wirkung des Ultraschalls der lnfrarotbestrahlung und lmpulsmikrowellendiathermie auf die Kapillardurchblutung des Wadenmuskels wurde durch die Resorption einen Isotopendepots Na131J verfolgt. Weder die Infrarotbestrahlung noch die Ultraschallapplikation rufen eine Veränderung der Kapillardurchblutung hervor; die Mikrowellenapplikation führt zu deren signifikantem Abfall. Die Ergebnisse dieser Arbeit bestätigen unsere schon auf Grund früherer Untersuchungen mit Niederfrequenzströmen gewonnene Vermutung daß der spezifische Impuls zur Erhöhung der Kapillardurchblutung im Muskel in der Muskelarbeit oder im Muskeltonus zu sehen sein muß. Summary The effect of the ultrasound the infrared ray treatment and the impulse microwave diathermia on the capillary blood supply of the peroneal muscle was pursued by the absorption of an isotope depot Na131J. Neither the infrared ray treatment nor the ultrasound application cause a change of the capillary blood supply; the application of microwaves leads to their significant decrease. The results of this investigation confirm our suggestion got an the basis of former investigations with low frequency currents that the specific Impulse for the elevation of the capillary blond supply in the muscle is to be seen in the muscle work or in the muscular tonus. ___MH
