Abstract: The article describes a music therapy program for multi-handicapped visually impaired children which addresses the many needs of the child. The needs of multi-handicapped visually impaired children are considered with respect to the severity, type of handicap, age, personality and conditioning of the children. Various approaches to special education are explored according to the general needs of the children.
