Abstract: Prof. Dr. med. A. Gisel em. Ordinarius für Angewandte Anatomie Institut für Wissenschaft und Kunst Forschungsstelle Morphologie Wien Zusammenfassung Der Artikel informiert über die topographische Anatomie der Unterbauch- und Beckenorgane. Es werden nicht nur Lageanomalien Strukturen und Erreichbarkeit sondern auch Unschärfen in der Terminologie diskutiert. Als intraperitonäale Organe werden Ileozäkum und Sigma besprochen. An den subperitonäalen Organen Analdarm Adnexen und Prostata hat das neuraltherapeutische Bemühen auf die Besonderheiten des Einbaues in das dem Beckenboden aufgelagerte Muskel-Faserzellgewebe zu achten. Die Erkenntnisse einer Anatomia practica werden auf diese Strukturen besonders aufmerksam machen. Summary This article informs about the topographical anatomy of the organs of the lower abdomen and the pelvis. Not only anomalies as to the position structures and reaching but also indistinctness in the terminology are discussed. As intraperitoneal organs the ileocaecum and the sigmoid flexure of the colon are discussed. At the subperitoneal organs anal intestine adnexes and prostate gland attention in the neural therapeutical efforts has to be paid to the peculiarities of the embedding into the cellular tissue of muscular fibres attached to the fundus of the pelvis. The knowledge of an anatomia practica will especially point out to these structures. wt
