Spa centers such as La Bourboule provide courses of therapy combining the specific action of waters climate at altitude and a strong emphasis on health education. RÉSUMÉ Les indications thérapeutiques les plus importantes du thermalisme pédiatrique concernent l'atopie avec sa double expression dermo-respiratoire : la maladie asthmatique et l'eczéma. Des stations thermales comme La Bourboule proposent des cures où se trouvent associés l'action spécifique des eaux le climat d'altitude et une démarche importante d'éducation sanitaire.
