Abstract: In this prospective study the consequences of the different recommentadtions concerning the rank of symptoms of Hanemann, Bönninghausen, Hering and Kent were analysed by outcome scores 2 months after one dose of a homoeopathic remedy in the potency of C 200. 25 patients could be included in the Hering group, 50 patients in the Hahnemann-, Bönninghausen- and the Kent-group. The outcome of the Hahnemann-group werved as reverence-value. It can be shown that the recommendations of Bönninghausen and Hering lead to higher outcome scores, while those of Kent lower them. The presumeable reason for these results are discussed.
