This is shown theoretically and with the help of examples; prevention and therapeutic possibilities in the case of environmental burdens are presented. The biological basic law according to Arndt-Schulz: "Small stimuli are stimulating, large stimuli are inhibiting, very large ones are paralyzing" is valid. The "small stimuli" are the unit of measurement, which can be influenced by the soul and the spirit.
