Wirkung ausgewählter potenzierter Suis-Organpräparate und von Traumeel auf die Aktivität von Phagozyten und Lymphozyten aus dem peripheren Blut von gesunden menschlichen Probanden

Abstract: The influence of selected and diluted suis-organ preparations and Traumeel on the activity of phagocytes and lymphocytes extracted from the blood of healthy people was tested in vitro with the chemiluminescence assay and the MTT assay.The phagocytosis assay revealed an individual variation in the reaction of the different blood samples. The test medications differed in their efficacy and some of them showed a certain dose response relationship. Regarding the intensity of the reactions of the test medications the following sequence was noticed: Traumeel, Funiculus umbilicalis 6X, Embryo totalis suis 6X, Glandula thymi suis 4X. At least one dose of each preparation showed a significant, more often however, a highly significant stimulation.The results of the MTT test also revealed variations in all tested medications, a dose response relationship was only partially indicated. The following preparations showed strong and, at least for some doses, positive and significant or even highly significant reactions: Medulla osseous 6X, Glandula thyreoidea 6X, Mucosa nasalis 6X, Glandula lymphatica 6X and Glandula suprarenalis 6X.
