Optimierte Ernährungsprogramme im Sport, bei Entzündungen, Verletzungen und Schmerzen

Abstract: Sportsmen, patients, but also healthy, older people can profit through food modification and through well dosed use of orthomolecular substances as well as through taking influence in the balance of acid and bases into the organism. The doses have to be adjusted towards the prophylactic gifts in case of injury and pain. Testosteron and growth hormone allow to be especially stimulated during the regeneration. The arachidonic acid-metabolism can be adjusted by a special choice of food. Antioxidating substances keep reactions of inflammation and sport induced stimulations low. We show special indications of food restrictions as well as common purposes of therapy in rheuma and arteriosclerosis. There is an immunological influence in prostaglandine-enzymes activated by specific diets (low arachidon-acid, fasting, base excess food).
