Intestinale Autointoxikation als Ursache von Stoffwechselstörungen |
Abstract: More than 100 years ago the autointoxication was first described by Bouchard. He defined it as an intoxication with toxic metabolic of intestinal activity. Dr. F.X. MAYR defined it more exactly as a result of fermentation and putrification. Prof. Pirlet has isolated and described some of these toxins. lntestinal autointoxication is a process in the intestinal tract which inhibits the normal function of the mucosal barrier separating the environment from the inside of the organism (leaky gut syndrom). lf these toxins spread throughout the body the wide variety of health problems may acure. The toxic by-products of alcoholic fermentation cause increased free radical activity and consequently damage to membranes. Protein putrification leads to production of carcinogens and cocarcinogens like Putrescin, Cadaverin, Scatol etc. All these toxins require detoxification and elimination. Our therapeutic concept includes intestinal cleansing as well as correction of metabolic dysfunction and individual nutritional and herbal or homeopathic stimulation is necessary. Maldigestion is primarily treated according to the concepts of Dr. F.X. Mayr which also include the correction of eating habits and food selection.
