Das Republikanische Rehabilitationscentrum für berufliche Qualifizierung Behinderter in Lettland

Abstract: Dr. Henning Hallwachs Berufliches Trainingszentrum Hamburg Hamburg Zusammenfassung: Im Auftrag und zu Lasten des Bundesministeriums für Arbeit und Sozialordnung unterstützt das Berufliche Trainingszentrum (BTZ) Hamburg das Ministerium für Wohlfahrt der Republik Lettland beim Aufbau eines Rehabilitationszentrums. Nach Erarbeitung eines Konzeptes Ende 1991 in Anlehnung an die Konzeptionen von Berufsbildungs- und Berufsförderungswerken in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland wurde im Februar 1992 das Republikanische Rehabilitationscentrum (RRC) als GmbH in Jurmala an der Bucht von Riga gegründet. Der Artikel informiert über einige Hintergründe und Probleme über die Entwicklung der Konzeptionen die Beratung und Schulung der Lehrer und Ausbilder die Rehabilitandenschaft des RRC die Organisationsentwicklung und die voraussichtliche weitere Entwicklung. The Republican Rehabilitation Centre for Vocationial Qualification of Disabled People in Latvia: Commissioned by and at the expense of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Order the Ministry of Welfare of the Latvian Republic has been supported by BTZ Berufliches Trainingszentrum Hamburg in its drive to set up a rehabilitation centre. Conceptual development completed in late 1991 along the lines of the vocational training and retraining centres in Germany the RRC Republican Rehabilitation Centre was founded in Jurmala on the Gulf of Riga in February 1992 as a limited liability company. The present article outlines some of the background and problems involved gives information on developments in conceptual respects on counselling and training of the teachers and instructors as well as the organizational development taken and likely future course.
