Bewegungstherapie bei rheumatoider Arthritis |
Abstract: In phases of rheumatoid arthritis with acute attacks, the prophylaxis of functional deficits is still a problem, because functional relief is the therapeutical principle. However, a functional relief can be better achieved with therapeutic exercises than by immobilization considering the pathophysiological basic conditions and regeneration stimulating functional criteria. The exercise and dosage parameters which are necessary are shown and results which can be obtained are discussed. In addition, aims and implementation criteria of the therapeutic exercises in the remission and late phases of the rheumatoid arthritis are presented.
