Schmerzbehandlung durch Naturheilverfahren

Abstract: In many cases the development of pain is a process with many factors and not a trigger. Whether a series of reactions with the formation of algogenous and sensitizing substances is the result, depends on the interaction and the relation of trigger, reactivity and reflex disturbances. With the help of experiments and by clinical experience in the case of sympathetic blockings it is verified, that the stimulation of the nociceptor can be modulated by the tonus of the feeding sympathetic nerves. As a result of the stimulation of the nociceptor, a receptor potential develops, which triggers one or more action potentials in the related afferent nerves. Within the scope of the central processing of the nociceptive information, the electrical signal repeatedly leads to a change of concentration of the transmitter substances at the synapses. which cause further action potentials and finally result in pain. The aim of pain therapy is especially the elimination of the causal structure. So far, this has not been possible very often, but it should always be tried. In contrast to a pure symptomatic pharmacotherapy of pain, naturopathy offers several possibilities of a causal therapy with a purposeful prediagnosis. There also exist several methods of naturopathy for the stimulation of the endogenous control of pain. In addition to the causal therapy, the symptomatic therapy will always retain its significance. In this case, naturopathy can rely on several possibilities. When choosing different methods of treatment, the physician should always ask himself, which method has the fastest, safest, the most gentle and the most permanent effect. In this case, naturopathy often is in the best position, and its targets with respect to pain will be explained more detailed.
