Abstract: This article surveys the beneficial effects of acupuncture and moxibustion in improving tumor patients general condition, in alleviating symptoms and in ameliorating the side effects of conventional cancer therapy: Concrete proposals in the supportive therapy with these methodes may help the open-minded practitioner: According to the theories of traditional chinese medicine, the main principles of the occurence of disease are touched.
