Rationelle Therapie und Verlaufskontrolle mittels Regulationsthermographie

Abstract: In general practice we are confronted with various clinical pictures. Often we have to make up a valid working diagnosis within a short time. In everyday practice we use reliable procedures, e.g. targeted anamnesis and targeted physical examination as a basic measure.The most important laboratory examinations are: blood sedimentation rate, determination of HB, erythrocytes, leukocytes as well as differential blood picture. According to our opinion, these laboratory examinations can be carried out in most of the practices.Classical imaging procedures have not been used in my practice so far. These procedures, especially sonography, have not been used the last few years, while regulatory thermography is established for more than 30 years.Regulatory thermography has been an integral part of clearing up such disturbances with the help of the differential diagnosis since many years. It is not possible, to clear up these disturbances either by anamnesis, by physical examination or by a classical laboratory examination.This examination procedure is used in my practice very often (about 1 000 examination per year). The result is available in a printed form within 20 to 30 minutes and can be used immediately for securing the diagnosis. The enormous advantage of this method is, that it is quickly available in the practice. With the help of the regulatory thermography it is possible to make statements about the dynamics of numerous processes, which are coupled to endogenous and exogenous rhythms, so that we can rapidly take a look at the vegetative and immunological regulatory condition, the situation of the blood circulation of the intestine, the gastro-intestinal situation, the allergic process, the hypo- and hyperregulatory conditions, and the precancerous terrain or the cancerosis. According to my opinion and according to my experience, regulatory thermography is one of the most accurate examination methods. Therefore a substantially sophisticated therapy is possible. Before carrying out balneological treatments I recommend to carry out a regulatory thermography, to avoid undesired side effects. A correctly chosen therapy can be proven easily with the help of the regulatory thermogram, visible in a harmonization of the curve with a regulativ of the basic temperature, regulativ and normalization of the temperature profile as well as the regulatory width.
