Die Neurodermitis und ihre Behandlung aus homöopathischer Sicht

Abstract: Neurodermitis atopica or atopic dermatitis is a frequently encoutered symptomatology in our medical practices. The synonyms neurodermitis constitutionalis or endogenous eczema point to the constitutional background of the disease; the family heritage is often distinctly revealed in the family anamnesis. Skin diseases as the neurodermatitis are chronic diseases in the sense of Hahnemann. According to the laws of healing as understood by Hahnemann and Hering recovery and the regaining of health go from inside to outside. At first the inner and the general in the patient shall become better, the skin disease heals as the last one. The homoeopathic treatment pays attention to the chronic, constitutional character of the disease. It does not primarily take aim at the local therapy only directed to the skin. The total of the symptoms of the patient in the psychic-mental-physical sphere inclusive of the skin symptoms is considered in selecting the drugs; the treatment is then performed as internal treatment.
