Abstract: Acute disorders of the state of health beyond the diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities of the medical practice are special challenge in fulfilling the Celsus trias of the cito, tuto et jucunde as the maxim of the therapy. They also train the - nonverbal - comprehension of the peculiar and characteristic signs and chances which are important for the selection of drugs. According to the foot-head-scheme often indicated drugs shall be searche out on the basis of typical complaints occurring during vacation and the therapeutical procedure (application and accompanying measures) shall be shown. Therfrom results a list of "necessary" drus on the background of which can be commercially available pharmaceutical sets for tourists can be evaluated.
