Abstract: Fungus diseases have increased drastically recently. Ecological damages as well as changes of our eating habits are responsible for this development. The degenerated yeast fungus Candida albicans is a result of the diet which is inadequate for humans. These yeast fungi develop suddenly and in a vast number, when the diet milieu is incorrect and the body undergoes a kind of change. Dietetic measures, the streng-thening of the defensive condition of the organism and the internal as well as external use of bread cereal lactic acids can very well support the healing process of a person who suffers from Candida albicans.
