Abstract: Great difficulties in homoeopathic treatment are often caused on the one hand by diseases which are poor in quantity of symptoms and on the other hand patients who are poor in characteristic symptoms or who are missing them. In the latter we are only able to find a suited remedy when considering the totality of symptoms. For this we need efficient instruments. But the user must know its posibilities and limits.
