Menschenkundliche Gesichtspunkte zu Pathologie und Therapie der Gelenkerkrankungen

Abstract: On the basis of the anthroposophic anthropology - science of the organization of nature and functional triangular organization - phenomena and forms of diseases of the rheumatic articular processes are described. Due to the morphopathological and anthropological point of view, an appropriate new organization is the result, which also throws a light on the specific attribution to female or male patients.The degenerative joint diseases are seen in the context with leading trends of our era, which manifest themselves according to the statistics in the fact, that 10% of the people at the age of 20 and up to 100% of the people at the age of 70 are affected. The pathogenesis of the arthroses shows morphological polar processes with respect to arthritis in the sense of the triangular organization. A comparison of the headpole situation in the area of the joints with the situation of the head-brain area emphasizes the significance of the aqueous element as the carrier of life. «We all walk on water.» Therapeutic consequences will be derived for the inflammatory as well as for the degenerative joint diseases.
