Abstract: The author reports two emergency cases. For each case the chose a different method of selecting the correct remedy. In the first case, a subarachnoidal haemorrhage, Lycopodium was given on the chronic basis. For a ruptured spleen Ceanothus and Arnica were selected according to the acute symptoms. Both patients recovered substantially, no further allopathic treatment was necessary.
