Survey on the teaching of complementary medicine in British schools of pharmacy

Abstract: The 16 UK schools of pharmacy were surveyed to investigate whether undergraduate students were exposed to teaching in complementary medicine. 56% replied positively, with course varying in length from 1-2 hours up to 20 hours. Of the 44% who replied negatively, 30% indicated that they thought they would teach the subject in the future.
