Die Wirkung von Pollenextrakten auf experimentell mit Ammoniumfluorid hervorgerufene Leberveränderungen bei Ratten

Abstract: Lipids content in the blood serum and liver in a course of chronic intoxication of ammonium fluoride in rats treated with pollen extract. Male Wistar rats were chronically (6 months) exposed to vapours of ammonium fluoride in toxicological camera. The biochemical investigations of the blood serum, liver homogenate and microsomal fraction of the liver were carried out. Part of animals were protected with pollen extract (Cernitin) given in a dose Cernitin T-60 100 mg/kg and Cernitin GBX 20 mg/kg body weight orally. In rats exposed to ammonium fluoride increase of total lipids, cholesterol, triglycerides was observed. It was proven that pollen extract decreased or even normalized the biochemical abnormalities in rats exposed to ammonium fluoride.
