Abstract: The fast change of the polarities in the world leads to uncertainties. These uncertainties result in a fundamental worldwide crisis which affects all spheres of life, including medicine and which can be attributed to the same basic problem. The change from the age of Pisces to the age of Aquarius as well as the potential of repression of each individual plays an important role. According to the law of analogy, an external crisis can only be overcome, when we master our own internal crisis. Due to the extreme cross-Iinkage of all structures of life - externally confirmed by physics, in medicine proven by the anatomy of the syncytium of the basic substance - only the holistic point of view with a respective transformation and a evolutionary progress can contribute to the solution of the problem. In this case, the brain as a dissipative structure as well as the inclusion of fate plays an important role. Therefore naturopathy and orthodox medicine must become the medicine of fate in the sense of Döbereiner.The change of paradigms, which takes place at the moment, has to be converted into a variety of paradigms.The medicine of information, which becomes more and more important today can contribute to this development by regulation procedures, medical procedures and bioenergetic procedures, including integrated psycho techniques.As everything happens according to the principle of affinity, every person is confronted in the external world only with his own repressions, his own shadow. As long as man projects everything and is looking for guilt in the external world, no real healing and transformation can take place and develop.Prophylaxis must be converted from the restriction to the causa efficiens which is common today into the real prevention in the sense of causa finalis.Whether this chance in medicine as well as in the society will be successful depends on the individual and will be achieved by the acceptance of one's fate i.e. one's own origin and one's own destination, in order to attain its meaning by fitting the form together (Döbereiner).
