EUGENIA JAMBOS gleichbedeutend mit EUGENIA JAMBOLANA?

Abstract: In homoeopasthic literature only EUGENIA JAMBOS is mentioned and in the Homoeopathic Pharmacomeia´s editions of 1958 and 1978, 4th addendum 1985, exclusively SYZYGUM JAMBOLANA (=EUGENIA JAMBOLANA) is listed. On the other hand eugenia jambos is only mentioned in the annex of the 1958´s edition and is no more mentioned in the annex of the 1978/85. This is definetely a matter of two different plant species. How can such discrepancies come about?
