Zusammenfassung Die diagnostische Abklärung von Schulterschmerzen ist für die gezielte neuraltherapeutische Injektion von größter Bedeutung und nach den Prinzipien von Cyriax und den Erkenntnissen der manuellen Therapie (Sachse) übersichtlich darzustellen. Das diagnostische Vorgehen von Inspektion Palpation passiver Untersuchung aktiver Untersuchung und daraus schlußfolgernd Einstellung des Gelenks und Lagerung des Patienten zur gezielten Injektion werden besprochen. Auf neurologische Aspekte kann nur hingewiesen werden. Der Begriff "Kapselmuster" - für die Schulter: Außenrotation - Abduktion - Innenrotation wird besprochen und seine prognostische Bedeutung erklärt. Summary The diagnostic clarification of humeral pains is most important for the purposeful neuraltherapeutical injection and according to the principles of Cyriax as well as the knowledge of the manual therapy (Sachse) it should clearly be set forth. The diagnostic procedure of injection palpation passive examination active examination and concluding threfrom the setting of the joint and positioning of the patient for the aimed injection are discussed. The neurological aspects can only be pointed out. The term "capsule Pattern" - for the shoulder: exterior rotation - abduction - interior rotation - is discussed and its prognostic significance is explained.
