Methoden der UV-Bestrahlung von Blut HOT/UVB - Grundlagen Klinik und Praxis

Abstract: Dr. med. M. Krimmel Lindau Zusammenfassung Die Hämatogene Oxidationstherapie (HOT) und die Ultraviolettbestrahlung des Blutes (UVB) sind biologische Heilverfahren. Sie bezeichnen eine Eigenblutbehandlung die mit einer UVC-Bestrahlung (Maximum des Spektrums 253 7 nm Wellenlänge) einhergeht. Bei der HOT wird das Blut zur Oberflächenvergrößerung mit Sauerstoff aufgeschäumt bei der UVB wird in einem Schlauch-Küvetten-System zweimal durch das UVC-Licht bestrahlt. Biologische Heilverfahren dienen zur Erhaltung der Homöostase im Grundregulationssystem. Ihre Wirkung wird primär durch biophysikalische Prozesse im Sinne verschiedener fotobiologischer Reaktionen bedingt. Mit dieser einfachen leicht erlernbaren Therapiemethode der UV-Bestrahlung des Blutes wird das gesamte Spektrum an biologisch aktiven Substanzen aus den bei der HOT in Lyse gehenden neutrophilen Granulozyten freigesetzt. Es kommt zur Stimulation des Immunsystems wobei die Makrophagen die Natural Killer Cells und die Mediatorsubstanz aktiviert werden. Die HOT/UVB hat eine große Indikationsbreite: Im Mittelpunkt steht die arterielle Durchblutungsstörung die koronare Herzkrankheit (KHK) die zerebrovaskuläre Insuffizienz. HOT/ UVB ist die kausale Therapie zur Verbesserung der Mikrozirkulation. Weitere Indikationen: chronische Lebererkrankungen Fettstoffwechselstörungen Diabetes mellitus und die HOT als Begleitbehandlung beim Krebskranken. Summary Haematogenic oxidation therapy (HOT) and ultraviolet blond treatment (UVB) are biological therapeutic methods. The terms describe autohaemotherapy involving UVC radiation therapy (spectrum maximum wavelength 253.7 nm). In HOT the blood is foamed with oxygen to increase the surface area; in UVB the blood is irradiated twice by the UVC light in a tube/cuvette system. Biological therapeutic methods serve to preserve the homoeostatic status of the basal regulatory system. Their effect is primarily conditioned by biophysical processes in the form of various photobiological reactions. This therapeutic method of blood irradiation is simple and easy to learn. It releases the entire spectrum of biologically active substances from the neutrophilic granulocytes subjected to lysis in HOT. This results in a stimulation of the immunological system whereby the macrophages the natural killer cells and the mediator substances are activated. The HOT/UVB has a wide range of possible indications: The main areas of application are arterial circulatory disturbance coronary heart disease (CHD) and cerebrovascular insufficiency. HOT/UVB is a causal therapy to improve microcirculation. Further indications are chronic liver ailments disturbances of lipid metabolism diabetes mellitus and HOT as accompanying therapy in cancer patients.
