Therapeutische Möglichkeiten zur Verwertung von autologem Tumorgewebe

Abstract: Prof. (UNSA) Dr. med. N. W. Klehr München Zusammenfassung Es wurde ein neues Verfahren entwickelt welches die autologen immunkompetenten Zellen des Tumorpatienten in vitro nutzt. Das Verfahren wird als Tumor-Identifikations-Training für autologe immunkompetente Zellen in vitro definiert (TITAI). Grundlage für diese Therapie ist das Verfahren der Zellbiologie. Im 1. Schritt werden aus Tumorgewebe Tumoreinzelzellen gezüchtet vervielfacht und ggf. kloniert. Im 2. Schritt werden diese Tumorzellkulturen mit den autologen Immunozyten inkubiert. In der Phase der Tumor-Zellteilung identifizieren die Immunozyten die Tumorzellen. Als Therapeutikum dienen die Immunozyten mit spezifischer immunologischer Anti-Tumor-Kenntnis beladen entweder als Lebendzellen reinjiziert oder als Auto-ImmunoOnkolysat. Da es sich hierbei nur um körpereigene Substanzen handelt stehen 3 Therapievorteile im Vordergrund: 1. keine allergischen Reaktionen Vermeidung toxischer Reaktionen 2. Induktion körpereigener Immunmediatoren (Interferone und Interleukine) und 3. gezielte und tumorspezifische Immunstimulation. Das Verfahren ist für jede Tumorform anwendbar. Summary A new procedure has been developed which avails itself of the autologous immunocompetent cells of the tumour patient in vitro. This procedure is defined as tumour identification training for autologous immunocompetent cells in vitro (TITAI). The basis for this therapy is the procedure of the cell biology. In the first step single tumour cells from the tumour tissue are cultivated multiplied and eventually cloned. In the second step these tumour cell cultures are incubated with the autologous immunocytes. In this phase of cell division of the tumour cells the immunocytes identify the tumour cells. The immunocytes charged with specific immunological anti-tumour knowledge serve as therapeutic and that either re-injected as living cells or as auto-immunooncolysate. Since these are only substances derived from the own body three advantages with regard to the therapy are prevailing: 1. no allergic reactions avoiding toxic reactions; 2. inducing the body to form immune mediators (interferons and interleukins); 3. purposeful and tumour-specific immune stimulation.
