Sinusitis - Krankheit oder Symptom?

Abstract: As a physician who is orientated at the classical medicine one learns at the university and at the clinic that the sinusitis is a result of the acute rhinitis. Relations with other organs are hardly considered, at best with the lungs. More remote organs do allegedly not play any role.As the experience shows the treatment of the sinusitis according to the classical medicine often leads into a Â„blind alley". This is due to the fact that many interactions with other organs are not recognized or are not known, respectively. In contrast to the present classical medicine which is less than hundred years old the Chinese people know through the rules of acupuncture already for 4 000 years the connexion between sinusitis and in particular the great gut. Also other reasons may lead to a sinusitis, e. g. toxic exposure to mercury. Allergies often result in inflammations of the sinus paranasales.
