Problematik der Lebertherapie

Abstract: Prof. Dr. med. E. Wildhirt Kassel Zusammenfassung Die Beurteilung des Erfolgs der Lebertherapie ist aus verschiedenen Gründen sehr schwierig es liegen daher nicht genügend gesicherte Ergebnisse vor und wir sind vor allem auf Langzeiterfahrungen an einem großen Krankengut angewiesen. Als etabliert können Maßnahmen gelten die symptomatisch als leberprotektive Substanzen wirken. Hierzu gehören Vitamin B 12 Folsäure Orotsäure Thioctsäure essentielle Phospholipide. Teilweise etabliert z. T. aber schon wieder verlassen sind Kortikosteroide Immunsuppressiva Mesenchym-Suppressiva. Noch ungesichert und im Versuch sind Immunmodulatoren Virustatika und Kotlagen-Hemmer. Zwei neue Wirkprinzipien sind in der Lebertherapie hoffnungsvoll: für die chronisch viralen Entzündungen die Glycyrrhizinsäure für die Behandlung der primär biliären Prozesse die Ursodesoxycholsäure. Summary The evaluation of the positive results of the liver therapy is for various reasons very difficult. Therefore there are no results that are sufficiently ensured and we are dependent on long-term experiences gathered with a great number of patients. Any measures may be deemed established which areare symptomatically acting as liver protecting substances. To these belong vitamine B12 folic acid orotic acid thioetic acid essential phospholipids. Partially established but in part already left are corticosteroids immune suppressives mesenchyme suppressives. Not yet ensured and under investigation are immune modulators virustatics and collagen inhibitors. Two new principles of action are hopeful in liver therapy: for the chronic viral inflammations the glycyrrhinic acid for the treatment of the primarily biliary processes the ursodesoxycholic acid. wt
