Abstract: Dr. med. M. Wiesenauer Arzt für Allgemeinmedizin Homöopathie - Naturheilverfahren Lehrbeauftragter der Universität Ulm Weinstadt Zusammenfassung Die verschiedenen Prostata-Erkrankungen werden mit kurz gefaßter Differentialdiagnose dargestellt. Dabei zeigt sich daß insbesondere das Prostatitis-Syndrom sowie das Prostataadenom einer homöopathischen Behandlung zugänglich sind; demgegenüber stellen die akute Prostatitis und vor allem das Prostatakarzinom keine primäre Indikation für eine Homöotherapie dar was jedoch ihren Adjuvanseinsatz dennoch nicht ausschließt. Summary The various diseases of the prostate gland are described with concise differential diagnosis. It shows that in particular the prostatitis syndrome as well as the adenoma of the prostate gland are accessible to a homoeopathic treatment; in contrast thereto the acute prostatitis and above all the carcinoma of the prostate gland are no primary indication for any homoeotherapy but this does nevertheless not exclude its use as adjuvant.
