Veiel; Zentralinstitut für Seelische Gesundheit Mannheim Zusammenfassung Im Hinblick auf die Remissionswahrscheinlichkeit nach stationärer Behandlung und die Rückfallquote nach anfänglicher Remission bei Patienten mit Depression bestätigte sich in der vorliegenden Studie der positive Einfluß individueller Zufriedenheit mit verfügbaren Unterstützungsquellen. Die Bedeutung aktuell existierender Unterstützungssysteme für den Verlauf der Depression bleibt aber ein komplexes Problem und hängt z. B. von Geschlecht Partnerbeziehung Rollenerwartungen und Interaktionen innerhalb des sozialen Netzwerks ab. Remission and Relapse in Clinical Depression. The Role of Social Networks: In the present study the positive rote of individual satisfaction with available support resources regarding the probability of remission after inpatient treatment and the further reoccurrence of depressive symptomatology in remitted patients was confirmed. The rote of actually existing supportive relationships on the course of depression however is a complex issue and depends for instance on sex and partnership status as well as on role expectations and interrelations between the subject and the members of the social network. ab
