Tageszeitliche Einflüsse bei der Therapie mit mikrobiellen Präparaten

Abstract: Dr. med. H. Kolb Wetzlar Zusammenfassung Mikrobielle Präparate enthalten lebende und/ oder abgetötete Mikroben und/oder deren Bestandteile bzw. Stoffwechselprodukte. In der "Roten Liste" 1991 sind 34 derartige Präparate aufgeführt. Die Mitglieder der 1954 gegründeten "Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Mikrobiologische Therapie" im ZÄN hatten beobachtet daß die Wirkung mikrobieller Präparate insbesondere von Auto- und Heterovakzinen oft deutlich verschieden war je nachdem zu welcher Tageszeit sie angewandt wurden. Die Ursachen dafür sind jetzt erst aufgrund der Ergebnisse der chronobiologischen Forschungen zu erklären. Von besonderer Bedeutung sind die Tagesrhythmen von Körpertemperatur Blutdruck und Herzfrequenz Leberrhythmus Schwankungen der korpuskulären Bestandteile des Blutes und vor allem der Konzentration des Kortisols im Plasma. Die Folgerungen insbesondere auch für die Dosissteigerung bei Vakzine-Injektionen werden kurz besprochen. Summary Microbial preparations contain living and/or destroyed microbes and/or their components or metabolic products respectively. In the "Rote Liste" ("Red Index") of 1991 there are 34 such preparations included. The members of the Association for Microbiological Therapy as founded in 1954 had noticed that the effect of microbial preparations especially of auto and hetero vaccines was often quite different depending on the time of day they were applied. The reasons for this can only now be explained on the basis of the results provided by the chronobiological research. Especially significant are the rhythms of the body temperature the blood pressure and heart rate liver rhythms variations in the corpuscular components of the blood and above all the concentration of the cortisol in the plasma during the day. The conclusions in particular also for increasing the dosis in case of vaccine injections are briefly discussed.
