Abstract: Dr. med. L. Fodor Freyung Zusammenfassung In dieser Arbeit wird eine neue Bestimmungsmethode der Sauerstoffkonzentration für die Praxis beschrieben die Wichtigkeit eines Sauerstoffstatus aufgezeigt und sein praktischer Einsatz anhand mehrerer Beispiele dokumentiert. Gleichzeitig wird eine kombinierte Sauerstoff-Ozon-Therapie bei Karzinompatienten und bei peripherem AVK vorgestellt und die Wirksamkeit aufgrund des veränderten Sauerstoffstatus demonstriert. Summary In this article a new method for the determination of the oxygen concentration is described for the medical practice the significance of the oxygen status is shown and its practical use is documented on the basis of several examples. At the same time a combined oxygen-ozone-therapy in patients suffering from carcinoma and in case of disease of peripheral arterial occlusion is presented and its efficacy due to the changed oxygen status is demonstrated.
