Abstract: Dr. med. K. Doench Arzt für Gynäkologie Göttingen Zusammenfassung Problemerkrankungen kommen in der Sprechstunde des Frauenarztes häufig vor. Unklare Unterbauchbeschwerden müssen durch eine sorgfältige Anamnese und genaue Untersuchung abgeklärt werden wobei häufig andere Erkrankungen z. B. von Nachbarorganen sich im Bereich des Genitale manifestieren. Auch starke psychische Belastungen können zu Spasmen im Bereich des kleinen Beckens führen nicht zuletzt auch die Narbenbildungen nach Operationen und Entzündungen die für viele chronische Beschwerden im Unterbauch verantwortlich sind. Auf die Abklärung der Problemerkrankungen im Unterbauch sowie auf die Therapie besonders hinsichtlich der Neuraltherapie und der Naturheilverfahren wird in der folgenden Arbeit verwiesen. Summary In his consultation hours the gynaecologist has frequently to deal with diseases presenting a problem. Any complaints with respect to the lower abdomen that are not clear must be clarified by a careful anamnesis and exact medical examination. On the occasion of such an examination other diseases e. g. of the adjacent organs are often revealed in the region of the genitals. Also heavy psychic affection may result in spasms in the region of the lesser pelvis and last not least also the formation of scars after surgical operations and inflammations which are responsible for many chronic complaints in the lower abdomen. The clarification of the problematic diseases in the lower abdomen as well as the therapy especially with regard to the neural therapy and the procedures of natural treatment are emphasized in the following article.
